It is advised that you vacuum the areas ahead of our arrival. This will allow our machines to focus on the suction of the soiled water and not hinder the performance of the machines.

We use high-quality machinery and fast-drying cleaning chemicals which will typically leave your carpets dry within 8hrs. If areas are particularly soiled, we may have to use more solution which will impact the drying times.
For sofas and mattresses, these times can vary depending on the material/upholstery.
In most cases, we will repeat the drying process to aid the dry-out the upholstery.

This is dependent on the furniture and the space available. If we can move it with ease, we will do so to ensure a thorough clean, but we can’t move larger items such as beds, draws or larger sofas.
